Softening Sweeteners
You do not need to throw away crystallized honey and hardened brown sugar, instead, you just need to heat them. Sprinkle a few drops of water on to the bag of brown sugar and heat it up in the microwave for about 20 seconds. To liquefy honey, remove the lid of the jar and place the jar in your microwave for 30-60 seconds and turn it to medium.
