Recipe for fasts Sabudana Potato Cutlet

Ingredients

1/2 kg potatoes, 100 gms sago/sabudana, 50 gms peanuts, 3 green chillies (finely chopped), 2 tbsp dhania/coriander leaves (finely chopped),  salt to taste, oil to fry

How to make

First soak sabudana in water for 2-3 hrs. Boil potatoes and peel them off. Mash them well and mix it with soaked sabudana. Crush the groundnut and mix them with potatoes and sabudana mixture. Meanwhile, heat oil in pan. Add green chillies, coriander leaves and salt. Mix all ingredients well and make small balls. Fry all the balls till they get brown. Take out balls on paper napkin so to absorb extra oil. Serve them hot with coriander chutney.
