Newly engaged couple Justin Beiber and Hailey Baldwin seem to be in a rush to get married. The lovebirds were spotted outside a marriage license court house recently which has led to speculations that they are already married and want to register their marriage before hosting a grand ceremony. According to a report, eyewitnesses claimed to have seen Justin crying out of joy while getting the marriage registered. In fact, he told Hailey that he cannot wait to marry her in front of the officials.
