HOW TO CREATE A HOMEMADE VEGETARIAN RAMEN
SO WE ARE GOING TO GO THROUGHT THE INGRIDENTS AND PROCEDURE TO MAKE VEGETARIAN RAMEN.
3 TABLE SPOON OF OIL.Roughly Chopped GARLIC.1 ginger.1 pink onion.8 cups of vegetable broth .soy sauce, miso paste, sesame seed.mushroom, cabbage, carrots, brinjal, green onion, baby corn, chopped green chillis, paneer.4 table spoon red chilli and garlic paste.packet of ramen noodle( you can use homemade noodles too).
PROCEDUREFirst take a huge pot and add garlic, onion and ginger with oil.Saute the mixture and then add the vegetable broth with cabbage carrot brinjal mushroom and baby corn and add green chillis as per your taste.Add soy sauce and sesame seed in the broth and stir the soup for 1 to 2 hours for enhancement of flavors.Add the miso paste and stir it for 20 minutes more.Now strain the broth and put all the vegetables aside because they will be used for toppings.Heat a pot with water, and add NOODLES in it. it will approximately take 6-7 minutes for your noodles to get ready. Do not over cook or the noodles will go soggy.Place the broth in a bowl and add noodles in it. Then add the topping as per your desire ( I personally like my ramen to be little spicy so I add red chilli and garlic paste to enhance the flavor and for topping I use mushroom green onion cabbage, sliced paneer and pickled carrots and radish).
