Green Pea Soup Recipes
Winters is hard to enjoy without soup. Tomato and mix vegetable soup is so common to have. This time I bring a little different and yummiest soup of Green peas which add protein and fibre to this hearty soup, helping to maintain normal blood pressure.
What you need while preparing:
1 cup green peas
1/4 cup roughly chopped spring onions with stalk
10 to 12 basil leaves
2 pinches of freshly ground pepper
1 tsp oil
1/4 tsp salt
Recipes
1-Heat the oil in a saucepan, add the spring onions and sauté till they turn translucent.
2-Add the green peas and 4 cups water and cook till the peas are tender. Cool add the basil and blend in a blender till smooth.
3-Pour into a saucepan, add the salt and pepper and bring to a boil. Serve hot.
