Low self-esteem can negatively affect virtually every facet of your life, including your relationships, your job and your health. Here are some tips for how to improve your self esteem.
No one is more conscious of your physical appearance than you are. When you look good, it changes the way you carry yourself and interact with other people. This doesn't mean you need to spend a lot on clothes. One great rule to follow is "spend twice as much, buy half as much". Rather than buying a bunch of cheap clothes, buy half as many select, high quality items.
Stop comparing yourself to others
Trying to live up to or exceed someone else's personal best is a losing game. As the saying goes, "How boring would it be if we were all the same?" Focus on being the best you that you can be.
