Exercise makes your kids grow taller

Chakrasan:- This asana takes time but it is very beneficial. Make the child lay on back. Bend legs and place heels near buttock. Feet should be about 12 inches apart. Bring your palms under your shoulder so that fingers point towards shoulders and elbows are shoulder width apart. Take a breath and press palms into floor, lift shoulders and elbows.  Feet should press the floor firmly. Now again inhale and lift hips up. The spine should be rolled so it looks like semi circle or wheel. Maintain the posture for 15-20 second. Come to the original position by bending elbows and shoulders to floor. Bend knees and bring spine and hips back to floor.
