Tadasan walk
is amazing to increase height. Make your child stand straight. Inhale and raise
both the arms together upwards. Arms should be parallel while rising
upwards. Lift heels so to stand on toes.
Stretch body and move ten steps forwards,ten steps backwards. Come to normal
position and bring hands down and then heels. Repeat this 2 times.
