Pressure Exercise...
Face towards the wall while standing tall against it. Lean on the wall with your hands and push as much pressure with your hands as you can as if trying to move the wall for 10 seconds at a stretch. Then release, relax, shake your hands and get on with it again. Repeat for 10 times.

Shoulder presses...
Stand with your feet shoulder width apart and knees a little bent. Now hold dumbbells a little above your shoulders and press them up until your arms are straight over your head. Hold for a second and lower the weights to where you started. And repeat.
