Paddy Long's challenge is called 'The Bomb.' Those who participate are given a 45 minute time limit to consume The Bomb. It's 5 lbs. ground sausage, beef and pork with spices and it's wrapped up in brown sugar bacon. It's roasted in the pig roaster and includes large fries on the side. Successors receive a t-shirt and get their photo on the wall of fame.
