Nitally's challenge is the Inferno Soup Challenge. It combines 2 food challenge components together. The amount of food is challenging as is the intense amount of spiciness. They serve the soup in a 48-ounce bowl. It has 12 different types of peppers from different areas of the world. The bhut jolokia or 'Ghost Pepper' is the spiciest chile used. A lot of people have tried to eat the blistering soup but not many succeed eating the enormous bowl within the 30 minute time limit.
