4 Yummy snacks with evening tea

Mini Cabbage Vadas:-

 
Ingredients
 3/4 cup cabbage (finely chopped), 1/2 cup urad dal, 1 tsp green chillies(roughly chopped), 2 tsp hing, 1/2 cup onions finely chopped, 1/4 cup coriander finely chopped, salt to taste, oil for deep-frying

How to make
Take urad dal in a bowl. Wash and soak in water for an hour and drain it. In a mixer, pour urad dal, green chillies, asafoetida and 1/2 cup of water to make a smooth paste. Now add onion, salt and coriander. Mix it well. Wet your hand and take a portion of the mixture in your hand. Make a hole in the centre of mixture with your thumb. Now heat oil in a pan and drop the vada in hot oil for deep-fry till it turns golden brown. Serve it hot.
