Dhanurasan:- It is a good asana to increase height. Make your kids lay down on stomach with arms parallel to their body. Keep feet apart. Bend their knees and hold ankles with hands. Lift thighs, head and chest to make a bow. Stay in this position for 10 seconds and bring back to normal position. Repeat this for 3 times.
