While at the event in Downtown Los Angeles, Courtney posed with a group of models clad in outlandish outfits.

She was also presented with a pop art painting of herself and looked thrilled with the results.

When it was time to head home Courtney goofed around with photographers, pretending she didn't want her picture taken.
