Of course, if you are tired, you aren’t going to work properly. If you are tired, you won’t have the energy to work out or go about your daily tasks. Make sure to get 7-8 hours of sleep a night, but as you get older it is ok to push it to 6 hours a night. Everybody knows the amount of sleep they need to feel awake and ready for their day, so aim for that if possible.
