5 Healthy No-Bake No-Cook Dessert Recipes

Peanut Butter and Honeycomb Ice Cream...
Easy-to-make recipe that`s set to impress all tasters around.
Ingredients
11/2 cups vanilla ice-cream softened, 2 x 50g chocolate honeycomb bars chopped, 1/4 cup crunchy peanut butter, 1 1/2 cups chocolate ice cream
How to make
Line 4 holes of a 6-hole, 3/4 cups capacity muffin pan with plastic wrap. In a large bowl place the vanilla ice-cream and three-quarters of the honeycomb and combine them.
Divide ice cream mixture between prepared pan holes and freeze until firm. Soften chocolate ice cream and place peanut butter in a large bowl.
Add half the chocolate ice cream and stir to combine. Add the remaining chocolate ice cream and stir.
Spoon over vanilla ice cream mixture. Smooth top. Cover and freeze until firm.
Remove ice creams from pan holes and discard the plastic wrap. Serve with remaining honeycomb.
