Sanjay Dutt was caught in 1982 for illegal drug possession and served a 5 month jail term for the same. If this was any less, Sanju Baba was also charged in the 1993 Mumbai bomb blast case for possession of illegal arms. The actor is currently serving a six year jail term but is out on parole at the moment.
