Say no to excessive sodium and aerated drinks:- Both sodium and aerated drinks are not good for your skin. Aerated beverages are loaded with sugar and not healthy at all. They also decrease water content from your body.  Similarly, consuming excess of sodium dehydrates your body by reducing the level of water from it. So, you are advised to avoid cold drinks, packaged drink, junk food and fast food too.
