Ingredients

For Koftas

1/2 cup paneer/cottage cheese (crumbled), 1/2 cup potatoes (boiled, peeled and mashed), 1/4 cup carrot (grated), 2 tbsp capsicum(finely chopped), 1 tbsp tomato ketchup, 1tsp chilli powder, a pinch of turmeric powder/haldi, 1 tsp ginger/adrak (grated), 1/2 tsp garlic (grated), 1 tbsp coriander/dhania (chopped), 3 tbsp cornflour, salt to taste, oil for deep-frying

For Gravy
2 cups fresh tomato pulp, 1 cup onions (roughly chopped), 2 tbsp cashewnuts/kaju, 2 tbsp butter, 1 tsp garlic/lehsun paste, 1/2 tsp ginger/adrak paste, 1/2 tsp green chilli paste, 1 tsp sugar, 1 tsp garam masala, 1 tsp chilli powder, salt to taste, 2 tbsp fresh cream, 1 tbsp fresh cream(for garnish)
