Coloring eyebrows with brown powder...
Personally, I think it looks CRAZY. She doesn't necessarily look bad, but I don't get it. Why color in your eyebrows? Plus, this must be a huge pain, since it probably takes an amazing amount of precision. I mean, I can't even master coloring my eyebrows in with just a brown powder! How do they do that with hot pink and purple?
