Maha Shivratri Special 2: Delicious Desserts
Kaju Coconut Halwa:-
Ingredients
1/2 cup cashewnuts/kaju (coarsely powdered), 1/2 cup fresh coconut (grated), 1/3 cup sugar, a pinch of cardamom/elaichi powder, few strands of saffron/kesar , 2 tbsp ghee
How to make
Take a pan and heat ghee. Add cashewnut powder and grated coconut and stir them for 4-5 minutes. Now add sugar, cardamom powder, saffron strands and 1/4 cup of water and mix well. Cook for 5-7 more minutes while stirring in between. Kaju Coconut halwa is ready to eat and serve hot.
