Lindsay-Lohan Workout Plan... Ball leg curls

Lie on your back and keep a small exercise ball under your right leg. For support press your palms on the ground. Raise your left leg and keep it in that position for the entire movement. Now roll the ball In and out towards your buttocks and then to the starting position. Repeat it the same way with other leg.
