Skabenga has lived at five star The Oyster Box hotel in Durban, South Africa, for more than 10 years after originally turning up as a lost cat. The beloved moggy has a favourite sofa, takes his daily 'inspection' strolls around the hotel and even has his own profile on the 'Meet The Team' page, his own Facebook page and a book.
