Fresh Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream Recipe

Wash and the drain mint leaves. Later bruise those until soft and release some of their oil and set them aside.
Mix 2 cups of whole milk, heavy cream, and sugar in a medium saucepan. Heat it over medium/high heat and keep stirring until the sugar dissolves. Remove from heat after it starts boiling. Add the mint leaves to the warm milk, cover and let it steep for 25 minutes and strain out the leaves.
Combine 2 tablespoons of milk and the cornstarch in a small container. Stir vigorously to create a slurry, stir slurry into the mint-milk mixture.
