Desserts: Chocolate Mousse Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup dark chocolate (roughly chopped), 1/4 cup milk, 1 tbsp powdered sugar, 1 and 3/4 cups beaten whipped cream, 1/4 tsp vanilla essence, 2 tsp honey, grated chocolate (for garnish)

How to make

Take microwave safe bowl and mix dark chocolate and milk in it. Then microwave on high for 30 seconds. Take out the bowl and mix well until no lumps remain. Now strain the mixture using a sieve and keep it aside. Combine sugar and 3/4 cup beaten whipped cream in a deep bowl and fold gently. Then add chocolate-milk mixture and fold gently. Now add vanilla essence and honey and fold them gently. Take four bowls or glasses and pour equal quantities of the mixture into them. Refrigerate for till the mousse sets. Top each bowl or glass with 1/4 cup of whipped cream and garnish with chocolate. Serve chocolate mousse chilled.
