BSNL launched 3 new plans to counter Reliance Jio

Second plan is Dil Khol Ke Bol plan. BSNL has launched this plan at Rs 349. In this plan, customers will get unlimited local and STD calls and 2GB data with 3G speeds every day, after which the speed will get reduced to 80 kilobit per second. This plan is valid for 28 days.
