Ingredients
Two or three flavors of nonfat yogurt
How to make
Fit a small zip top plastic bag over a cup and spoon in the yogurt.
Snip one corner of the bag and pipe onto cookie sheets.
Place in deep freezer and let it freeze for an hour or until completely hard and frozen.
Scrape off using an offset spatula or a regular metal spatula.
Store your delicious Frozen Yogurt Buttons in an air tight container until ready to serve.
