Vet student stitched 'I love You' into Dog

A Veterinarian is under fire after he used a needle and thread on a dog to express his love to his girlfriend. The veterinary student of Poland, has been criticized for posting an image on Facebook that showed the words I love you,' sewn onto the dog's skin.

The man had operated on his girlfriend's dog and then decided to express his love for his woman via her dog. The University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn, where the incident occurred, is investigating the incident after people complained and referred to the photo as 'grotesque.'

However, his girlfriend jumped to his defense, saying that the action was not unethical. She explained that he has learned how to stitch up an animal in order to help suffering animals and he was just demonstrating his ability.

Andrzej Koncicki, who is the head of veterinary studies at the university, said 'Saying you love someone is not a bad thing, but the fact that this was sewn into the stomach of an animal makes it seems immoral and unethical for a student of veterinary science.'
