Try out this delicious Walnut Banana Lassi

Ingredients

1 cup low fat yoghurt, half banana, 3-4 walnuts, 1 tsp seeds (mix of flax seeds and sesame seeds), 2 tsp honey

How to make

Take yoghurt, flax seed, sesame seeds, walnuts, honey and banana in blender. Blend all the ingredients well till they become smooth and creamy. Pour it into a glass. Your walnut banana lassi is ready to drink. Garnish it with chopped walnuts.
