Kareena Kapoor's dietitian reveals her 8-meal diet plan of her toned figure

Kareena Kapoor is a sizzling beauty and hot sensation of Bollywood. She has surprised million of her fans because of stunning outlook and size-zero figure. Her strong determination, disciplined life and dedications towards her workouts make her one of the hottest heroines in the Bollywood industry. She did not spend hours at a stretch in the gym. Kareena's nutritionist Rujuta Diwekar shared an extensive eight-meal diet plan in an Instagram post that the actress followed for one week before the shoot of the song. It is as simple as a diet chart can get and all she needed to do along with it was work out for four to five hours a week.

"Shimmer like #KareenaKapoor with this simple diet plan," Rujuta wrote.

"Every time you watch her sizzle on screen, and if you have wondered khaati kya hai, here's what it is. The exact meal plan that she was on a week before the shoot of the song - Dila do ghar Chandigarh mein," Rujuta added.

Kareena used to start her day with soaked black raisins with kesar (saffron), which she followed by a full-on desi breakfast of paratha and chutney.

The third meal used to comprise nariyal pani (coconut water) with a pinch of sabja seeds (basil seeds). These seeds help reduce bloating, as Rujuta's post said.

For lunch, Kareena used to have dahi rice (curd rice) and papad, and later in the day, she would follow it by snacking on walnut and cheese for her mid meal. In the evening, she had a banana shake during her diet.
