We hear people talking about tiredness just after waking up in the morning. There may be many reasons for this tiredness. Here I am mentioning some tips that may help you to energize your every morning:

Fix your sleep schedule
National sleep foundation suggests that fixing the sleep schedule and practicing good sleep hygiene is really important to work each night. Get rid of all distractions at least an hour before you sleep. Make sure your room is cool and dark. Try not to eat two hours before sleep.

Wake yourself up with water:
First thing in the morning, drink at least a glass of water. To keep this in mind, try to keep a glass of water next to yourself. Start your morning by taking a sip of water. Another way to wake yourself up with water is to try a cold shower in the morning.

Stretch in bed
Exercising is your body in a natural way of waking itself after being almost immobile during the sleep in the night. If you have time in the morning, I will suggest you go for a quick jog, bike riding, or stretching exercises would be very beneficial. It might feel exhausting and less motivated initially, but you will notice a change in your energy levels, and soon you will be on the right track.

Eat breakfast:
Eating a hearty and healthy breakfast that provides the energy you need to get through the day. Avoid foods with added sugar as they may trigger a glucose drop and leave you to feel weary. Good food in the morning will bring a good mood throughout the day.

Strive for consistency
Many of us wake up at drastically different times on weekdays versus weekends. This can shift our internal clocks and cause a phenomenon known as social jet lag. This jet log can negatively impact your health and make your goal of getting up early more difficult.
