Enjoy Bundi Masala at home!

Today I have brought a bit different recipe that you might not hear of, but this dish is quite famous in the Northern regions of India. So try this recipe at home for your loved ones. 

Ingredients:
2 Tbsp oil 
2 tbsp cumin seeds 
2 tbsp grated ginger
2 Tbsp chopped green chilli
1 small onion chopped
1/2 tsp coriander powder 
1/2 tsp Red chilli 
1/2 tsp turmeric powder 
1/2 tsp Amchur powder
1 tomato chopped
2 cups boondi
Chopped cilantro
1/2 Limon
Salt to taste

What all goes in:

1. In a pan, add 2 Tbsp oil + cumin seeds + grated ginger + chopped green chilli. Sauté for a minute.
2. Add 1 small onion chopped & cook until translucent. Add spices: 1/2 tsp all (coriander powder + Deggi Mirch + turmeric powder + Amchur powder) cook for a min. 
3. Add 1 tomato chopped, salt as taste. Do not overcook tomato. Just sauté for 3-4 min.
4. Add 2 cups plain boondi. If you are using masala boondi, adjust spices accordingly. 
5. Fresh chopped cilantro. Mix it well with the masala. Add 1/4 cup of water and mix well.
6. Squeeze lime juice at the end of your wish. Otherwise, it is good to go.
Enjoy with Chapati.

You can make, tari vali boondi sabzi, too by using the paste of onions & tomatoes instead of finely chopped and adding a cup of water.
