Snacks to cook within minutes this Diwali

On the occasion of Diwali, people visit each other's home. They exchange gifts, give Diwali wishes and enjoy together. When guests come to your house, you also offer them snacks and sweets. To serve your guests, we have come with few snacks recipes to be made within 10 minutes.  

Hara Bhara Kebab:-


Ingredients
10 spinach leaves, 3/4 cups green peas (boiled and mashed), 3-4 medium potatoes (boiled, peeled and grated, 3 green chillies (chopped), 2 inch pieces ginger (chopped), 2 tbsp fresh coriander leaves (chopped), 1 tsp chaat masala, salt, 2 tbsp cornflour, oil for deep-frying

How to make
In two cups of boiling salted, blanch spinach leaves water for five minutes. Drain, refresh in cold water and squeeze out excess water. Chop them. Now mix spinach, peas and potatoes together. In this mixture, add green chillies, ginger, coriander leaves, chaat masala and salt. Add cornflour for binding this mixture. Make small balls from the mixture. Take balls in your hands. Press the balls between your palms to give it a flat tikki shape. Heat oil in pan. Deep-fry the tikkis on medium heat for three to four minutes. Serve hot with a sauce of your choice.
