Diabetes May Effect Your Brain

Researchers have now found that type 2 diabetes may decrease certain cognitive abilities, known as executive functions. Apart from reducing overall quality of life, Type 2 diabetes is also associated with bad performance on cognitive tests, measuring abilities involved in the control of emotions, behavior and thought, the findings showed, which was published in the Psychosomatic Medicine journal.
