Amazfit Bip S launched in India with 40-days of battery life, 1.28-inch color touch display, GPS

Amazfit Bip S now launched in India after a long delay. The Amazfit Bip S has gone on sale at a price of Rs 4,999 and as usual, it will be available in four colour variants: Red, Black, White and Pink. The Bip S is a successor to the Bip from last year but it retains the same design as the previous generation model. It features a 1.28-inch transflective colour TFT display that is protected by a 2.5D curved Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. For those worrying about smudges, it has an anti-fingerprint coating on top.

Amazfit has included important sensors such as a BioTracker PPG optical sensor, three-axis acceleration, and a three-axis geomagnetic sensor. With these sensors, the watch can enable several fitness features and sleep tracking. When it comes to fitness features, the Bip S gets several fitness modes such as treadmill, outdoor running, walking, indoor cycling, outdoor cycling, open water, pool, yoga, elliptical trainer, and freestyle. Amazfit has also baked-in continuous heart-rate tracking and heart-rate warning in the Bip S.
